When using sunglasses, ensure they offer adequate protection; opt for products marked "UV400" and avoid wearing substandard sunglasses that lack UV protection. Inferior sunglasses not only fail to block UV rays but can also cause pupils to dilate due to the darkened lenses, allowing more UV radiation to enter the eyes and potentially damaging vision.

Avoid wearing sunglasses for extended periods in unsuitable environments, such as at night, inside tunnels, or in dimly lit indoor settings. Dark lenses reduce visibility and impair the ability to assess road conditions or obstacles, creating significant safety hazards-particularly while driving. Additionally, in conditions of extremely intense light, select the appropriate lens category to ensure that light transmission levels do not compromise visual judgment.

Proper usage habits and maintenance are also essential. Do not force the glasses on or off with one hand, as uneven pressure can deform or damage the frames. Avoid exposing them to high heat or chemical solvents, which could damage lens coatings or cause the frames to deteriorate. Finally, regularly check the screws, hinges, and lens stability; promptly repair or replace any loose or damaged parts to ensure safe use.
